Just as in 2020, the Lotto Soudal leaders will race a Ridley with their own chosen colours. In addition, Tim Wellens and Thomas De Gendt will ride on new colours next season.

Caleb Ewan, Philippe Gilbert, and John Degenkolb retain the same customized colours as last season, but Tim Wellens and Thomas De Gendt will be seen with new colours. With this choice, Ridley is highlighting its Customizer program. That provides customers with an opportunity to choose the design and colours themselves.

Thomas De Gendt chose a Burgundy base colour with white Ridley logos. "I'm really happy with this bike. I think the result will be super successful. In the end I also got to choose the design myself. I wanted something darker than the red bikes we previously used. The metallic shine makes it very special, especially when the sun shines on it”, says De Gendt.

Ridley and Lotto Soudal will remain loyal partners in 2021. In the coming season their favourite bikes will continue to be the Noah Fast Disc, Helium SLX Disc, and Dean Fast.

Jochim Aerts, CEO of Belgian Cycling Factory, the umbrella company of Ridley says: "We are delighted that Lotto Soudal will continue to race on Ridley. We have already created such a beautiful history together. I am convinced that we will have success in the next season as well.''

The Noah Fast is the bike of choice for the team sprinters, but you will also see it appear more often in hilly and cobbled races. This aerodynamically optimized bike is very all-round and reactive, which is why many riders are choosing the Noah Fast Disc more often.

However, the Helium SLX Disc remains Lotto Soudal's most popular bike. Its combination of low weight and aggressive handling sustains its popularity with the riders.
